We deal with surface treatment of metal parts of various shapes and materials. Each part is degreased in our three-stage high-pressure degreaser prior to coating. Subsequently, the coating is applied with powder plastics or with a coating. In Ostrava we have built up a very good reputation in the field of painting. Powder coating (KOMAXIT)

It is the application of powder plastics to metals using an electrostatic charge. Subsequently, the sprayed products are cured in a curing oven, where the paint acquires its unique properties. On our powder line we are able to paint products in all conceivable shades (RAL, RAL design and NCS), structures (rough structure, fine structure, snake skin and smooth) and gloss levels. According to requirements we perform three-layer painting of products (base, pigment layer, varnish)

Varnishing of coating materials

The process of applying high quality liquid paints from leading renowned manufacturers to the product. We paint for you various shades of high quality for corrosive environments from C1 to C5. In these applications we use alkyd, polyurethane, vinyl, latex and water-based paints and others according to the customer's requirements.

ATTENTION! Newly we offer painting of constructions of halls, bridges, machines and others according to the customer's requirement. We are able to mount the painting tent directly in your premises. We provide coatings and coatings.

Blasting

It is a process of surface cleaning by blasting abrasive material onto the surface of the product to be cleaned. I use blasting to improve the corsion resistance, uniformity of the surface, cleaning from corrosion and paint residues. We blast all kinds of surfaces up to Sa2,5 quality according to ČSN ISO 8501-1.
